Emergency Food Parcels

We offer emergency food parcels to those that have a referral code. If you are interested in receiving some emergency food, follow this procedure:

• The most important first step is to get a Foodbank referral code.
• We operate an e-referral system where trained referrers assess your need and offer availability of other services to help you.
• Call (for free) the Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Help Scheme on 0808 175 3599 (Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm)
• If needed, they will issue you with a voucher code so you can get an emergency food parcel from our emergency food sessions (see below). If you are collecting food, please bring along your own carrier bags.

We are open Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Monday: we are open for packing and delivery between 12noon and 3pm. We are not open for collection of food.

Thursday, Friday: we are open alongside our community cafe for people to come and collect their food. We are open Thursday from 1pm to 3pm and on Friday from 10am to 12noon.
